Space and Sensory: Self - Exploration through Spaces
In this 3rd project, a final of 1:10 scale model and 4 A1 sized presentation board is required. This project is to re-examine and re-interpret from project 2(bamboo). A further exploration of ergonomics and anthropometrics should be shown in this project along with a creation of 2-3 spaces within the structure. As a continuation from project 2, I decided to safekeep things mentally in the 3rd project which is our body safekeep scars on our body. Hence, my final model is named as SCARS.

Design concept & inspirations
For me, the first thought of scars are stretch marks and scars that surgery patient left behind. From project 2, the circular pattern bamboo design inspired me of making my design to look circular.

Test models
2 mockup models had been made to test out the design concept and measurements. Mockup 1 is built at a scale of 1:15 and mockup 2 is built at a scale of 1:20. After receiving feedback from lecturers for mockup 1, a few amendments had been made hence mockup 2 is made.

Final model
After all the changes, final model "SCARS" of 1:10 is produced. It has 3 spaces in total(Suffer space, Space of hope and Space of success). 3 sensorial qualities is presented including sight, sound and touch.

Presentation board
4 A1 sized presentation board is drawn including the narrative, design concept, design principle, inspirations, different views of the model, A3 abstract drawing, 4 tattoo stamps, axonometric and ergonomics and anthropometrics.
