Overall Reflection

Throughout these 7 weeks, I've learned a lot in this module especially facts, technical issues faced in building an architecture and many more. Throughout this module, I've struggle a lot as I don't have much  knowledge about this sector and I didn't study physics back in my secondary days. In each project and exam, I try my best and put in all effort to complete them as perfect as possible. Although it is very tiring and headache throughout this module but looking at me learning this much of knowledge after the whole semester, it all paid off. 

 

Teamwork is crucial because the first assignment is a group endeavor involving a total of 7 people. Our group leader Joey did a good job of guiding us; she accepted the burden and distributed the work fairly. Having her as our boss is a blessing. I was primarily assigned to the drawing staff. Drawing presented some challenges for me, particularly those plan views because they are filled with information but are not sufficiently clear. As a result, I had to conduct additional study to find a different, more lucid illustration.

  

In the 2nd assignment, we are required to choose a building from the list of spaces provided. We choose to do the hospital operation room at the first place but due to certain reason lastly we choose the entrance area as our study site. As there is much information online for this area, we did manage to finish our assignment on time perfectly. Our group did well in finishing this project.

TGC 1.0: Discipline Specific Knowledge

In this module, I've learned to apply theories teach in lecture classes in my assignments. As an example, types of light and optimum temperature for us human plays an important role in a building to allow us to feel comfortable while staying in that compound. Grateful to learn these knowledge ahead so that I am able to apply them in my assignments and even my future career.

TGC 5.0: Interpersonal Skills

Teamwork is important especially when both assignment are group assignments. We split our task by dividing it through our strengths. This way, we could finish things faster and even efficient. Joey as a team leader led us well, she helps to solve problems smoothly faced by us.

TGC 6.0: Digital Literacy

In the both assignments, Skecthup and Canva app is used. We used it to insert details and it is presented in a 3D mode which is more interesting for users and audience to experience. In the both assignments, Internet became a huge source of information for me to have all my research done. It enables me to get the information that I needed at home instead of visiting the site physically.
