​Case Study - Assessing Daylight & Thermal Comfort at Modern Houses

In this assignment, we are required to select modern home, which may be a double storey corner lot or a double storey semi-detached house, we formed a group of 7 students and we need to come up with ideas on how to maximize daylight and thermal comfort. After coming up with ideas, a fieldwork is required for this case study. It will involve data gathering and house observation. The concepts for enhancing the present state of thermal comfort and daylight distribution will be based on passive design strategies.
